Good nutrition can prevents us from infectious diseases like corona virus?
As we know corona virus attacks your
immune system very badly. So, to keep yourself safe from this deadly virus
despite maintaining social distances, using masks in public places and washing
hands thoroughly one more thing we must do
is by maintaining our immune system as
much as possible .For well-being of our immune system the most important thing
required is healthy and hygienic food.
For the betterment of our health, healthy food and exercise is must. Eating a
healthy diet is very important during the COVID-19 pandemic. What we eat and
drink can affect our body’s ability to prevent, fight and recover from infections. Good
nutrition can also reduce the likelihood of developing other health problems,
including heart disease, obesity, diabetes and some types of cancer. We must
follow WHO’s five keys to safer food i.e.
keep food clean , Keep food at safe temperatures, Cook thoroughly, Separate raw and cooked food.
Use safe water and raw materials.
We must
follow guidelines released for healthy diet i.e. Eat moderate amounts of salts,
oils and fats. Also eat fruits and
vegetables as much as possible, avoid alcohols and tobacco. Always stay
hydrated. By maintaining these healthy body tips we can keep ourselves safe
from corona virus.
